To ensure your Olanie Plantation Shutters remain in excellent condition for years to come, follow these care guidelines:
Maintain Track Systems – If your shutters include a top track, it must be installed with a bottom track for warranty coverage. Keep tracks clean and use dry silicone spray if needed.
Regular Cleaning – Wipe with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
Mild Detergent Use – If needed, mix a mild detergent with water for deeper cleaning.
⚠️ NEVER USE Cleaning product containing SILICON!
Avoid Excess Water – Do not directly spray shutters or soak them in water.
Protect Magnetic Components – Keep magnets and magnet plates dry to prevent damage.

Warranty Conditions
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Water damage to shutters or magnetic components is not covered.
Panel Lift When Closing – Some shutters may require a slight lift when closing. This is not considered a defect.
Non-Transferable Warranty – Applies to residential applications only and cannot be transferred.
Repair or Replacement – If a claim is valid, we will repair or replace the affected item. If an identical replacement is unavailable, the nearest current match will be provided.
Parts & Product Only – The warranty covers replacement parts and products, not installation costs.
Natural Timber Fading – Stained timber may fade at varying rates due to natural wood properties, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty.
